Terms and Conditions

Products purchased from Kombi Keg NZ must be delivered to one of our authorised Franchisees.

Alcohol is provided for events with all liability to be on the individual purchasing. Not responsibility will be placed upon the franchisee for any breach of alcohol laws during your event.

Alcohol can only be sold at an event if you have the appropriate 'Special Event' Liquor Licence approved by your local regional council Licensing Department.

Unused kegs are unable to be returned

Refund payments for undelivered ordered kegs made via bank transfer will be returned to the customer in full.

Refund payments for undelivered Ordered kegs made by Credit Card after authorisation will be refunded in full less credit card processing fees incurred by Shopify payment platform.

Kombi Keg New Zealand is for the supply of alcohol only to Kombi Keg franchisees, any payment made to Kombi Keg franchisee is independent and event refunds will be as per Franchisee policy
