Still Life Surah 2021 Hawkes Bay 20L

The fruit for our 2021 Still Life Syrah was sourced from BioGro certified organic vineyard no. 6214. Planted in 1984 and located in the Gimblett Gravels appellation in the Hawke's Bay, the destemmed fruit was wild fermented to dry in an open-top wooden cuve before being being moved into stainless steel for maturation and settling. Unfiltered, unfined (vegan), just 20mg/L SO2 was added before kegging mid-June 2021. 

Stylistically this is a bright, youthful Syrah with fruit purity that speaks for itself. Uninhibited by oak, complex in flavour, it's a great, easy-drinking red for any occasion.
